Kevin and Beth Bell- Diamond IBOs

Kevin started building the Amway business part-time as an Infantry Lieutenant in October, 1991. Beth served the community as a Physician's Assistant.

Within 4 years, Kevin and Beth earned their financial freedom and have not had a job since the age of 31.

The Bells now build their multi-million dollar business from their home in Hope Mills, NC with their two children, Sam and Rebekah

Noble and Kathy Gibbens- Emerald IBOs

Noble and Kathy started their business shortly following Nobleී;s assignment to the 82d Airborne Division as a platoon leader.  They quickly embraced the opportunity to follow the BWW training program and the leadership of their mentors, Kevin and Beth Bell.

Noble and Kathy have reached the Emerald level in their Quixtar/ Amway Global business and continue to mentor others as they pursue their goal of becoming BWW Diamonds.

John and Karen Cosgrove- Emerald IBOs

John served as an Air Force Pilot after graduating from the US Air Force Academy. Karen taught elementary school full time before coming home to raise their children. John retired from his sales job at the age of 33. 

Both he and Karen now enjoy financial independence as full-time parents to their young children

Bobby and Priscilla Harris- Diamond IBOs

Bobby was a highly acclaimed baseball & basketball coach at the largest high school in Northen Virginia. Priscilla worked as a secretary before coming home to raise their two young children, Bobby and Billy.



In 1981,at the Ruby level, at age 37, Bobby achieved his freedom. Thanks to the financial independence and security of their business, they were able to be full-time parents and raise their boys together. Both sons are successful adults. Billy and daughter-in-law Heather are part of the “Second Generation” building their own profitable business.

Sheldon and Marilee Layman- Emerald IBOs

Sheldon has a background as a CPA & Senior VP of a bank holding company. He also taught college Marketing/Management classes. Marilee is a former Business Education teacher. They have two adult children & five grandchildren! 

Sheldon and Marilee have been financially independent through their business since achieving the Ruby level.

Tony and Alice Rodriguez- Emerald IBOs

Tony served as an Infantry Officer after graduating from West Point in 1983. Alice became one of the top Family Practice Attorneys in the state of Georgia.

Using a success formula of proper thought process and proper work ethic, Tony was able to achieve financial independence at the age of 38.

Tony and Alice now operate their multi-million dollar Quixtar/ Amway Global business full time from their beautiful home in Fayetteville, Georgia.
